Please Print Contract

This is a contract between Fusion Solutions LLC and _____________________________________________

On this date ________ , _______________________________________ (Office or Group Representatives Name) located at_________________________________(address), ____________________________ (city), _______(state). __________(zip) contracts the services of Fusion Solutions LLC printing service for Flyer and Listing printing needs.

We (name of office or representative) estimate that our minimum monthly orders will be: #_____ (5,10,25,50)

Upon acceptance of terms stated, Fusion Solutions LLC will supply said office or group representative with a code for use when completing orders (entered in the referral field).

Fusion Solutions LLC will also supply said office or representative with our discount code according to the estimated minimum monthly orders.

In the event that our monthly volume increases with the addition of Realtors or market increase, we will notify Fusion Solutions LLC via email or phone. Fusion Solutions LLC will increase said discount accordingly.

Fusion Solutions LLC can change the discounted rates table (shown below) at any time, however, a notice of at least 30 days will be given.

Fusion Solutions LLC may also lower our discount if we fall below the minimum monthly volume we were originally set at. Fusion Solutions LLC will only lower our discount if we continue to fall below our monthly volume for 3 straight months. Fusion Solutions LLC also reserves the right to remove our discount if we fail to meet our minimum monthly volume for 3 or more straight months.
