Fusion Solutions LLC. only guarantees 4 day
or less turn around on orders that do not require
us to take photos. For example only Package
1 and Package 2. We only guarantee 4 day or
less turn around for flyers that are delivered
to Orange County, CA. and have photos or the
document supplied by the customer. If we fail
to meet this guarantee your next order will
be 50% off. Any orders that are not approved
on the first creation will also void the 4 day
guarantee.
We are not responsible for shipping delays
or lost packages via shipping. We will however
help you track your package and find out where
it is with UPS or US post office. All orders
are shipped via UPS 3 Day Ground or Priority
Mail to Hawaii and Alaska. Our 4 day guarantee
is also void if UPS is found to be the cause
for the delay. If the shipment is a complete
loss, we will reprint your order at no additional
charge.
Approvals
After you have uploaded your flyer information,
within 24 hours you will be notified via an
email, that your flyer proof is ready for approval.
A link to your proof will be provided in the
e-mail. You will have a minimum of 12 hours
to make any changes to the proof before the
flyer goes to print. If there is no response
by you within the given 12 hours or more, the
flyer will be considered approved and will be
sent to print. The quicker you respond and approve
or request changes to your flyer the quicker
it will be shipped to you. Also note, changes
and non-approvals void our 4 day guarantee.
Once the flyer has been printed the sale has
been completed. There are no refunds on final
sales.
Photos
that we take
We currently only take photos of listing based
in Orange County, CA. We are sorry, but we do
not offer this service to any other cities outside
this area.
Flyers
that we create
Fusion Solutions LLC owns all digital rights
to the flyers we create. Flyers will be provided
to the client for a small fee.
Return
Policy
All sales are final and we do not accept returns.
If you are not happy with your flyers, please
contact us.
Fusion Solutions LLC reserves the right to
deny service to individuals and projects that
we deem not to be appropriate.
